Easy Cheesecake Tartlets

Easy as 1,2,3 you can make these cute tartlets in no time impressing your guests.

(Makes 12)cherry cheesecake tartlets


1 x 250g cream cheese

1 x tin condensed milk

1/4 cup lemon juice (from real lemons not lemon squeeze)

McCain frozen tartlet cases

Jar of pitted cherries

Mint leaves


  1. Bake frozen tartlets as per packet directions.
  2. Into a large bowl mix the softened cream cheese with electric beaters (unless you have muscles of steel) then add condensed milk with lemon juice.
  3. Spoon cheese cake mix into tartlet cases topping with a cherry and leaf on top.
  4. Any fruit can be added to top.
