1 x 250g cream cheese
1 x tin condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice (from real lemons not lemon squeeze)
McCain frozen tartlet cases
Jar of pitted cherries
- Bake frozen tartlets as per packet directions.
- Into a large bowl mix the softened cream cheese with electric beaters (unless you have muscles of steel) then add condensed milk with lemon juice.
- Spoon cheese cake mix into tartlet cases topping with a cherry and leaf on top.
- Any fruit can be added to top.
