Stress Less Muesli

1-1/2 cup rolled oats

½ cup rice bran or wheat germ

1 tbsp linseeds or flaxseeds

¼ cup sultanas

2 cups apple juice

1 mango

1 banana

¼ cup raw almonds

 

Method: Place oats, bran, sees, sultanas and apple juice in a large bowl and soak overnight. The next morning, divide into bowls add extra juice if necessary and top with fresh fruit and almonds.

Feeling stressed, this muesli is rich in vitamin B’s to help you get through the day. (serves 4)
