Pear and Flaxseed Juice

1 cup chilled water

1 cup tinned pear juice and pears

1 tbsp lecithin granules

2 tbsp linseed or flaxseed oil

1 nob of ginger root, peeled and chopped finely

1 teasp vitamin C powder


Method: Combine all ingredients, except vitamin C powder in blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Stir in powder. Drink throughout the day. To be consumed within 12 hours. Refrigerate. (Serves 3)
