1 cup sugar
2 eggs *(Apple purée)
3/4 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 over ripe bananas
2 cups SR Flour *(GF)
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp chai seeds
1/2 punnet blueberries
Into a large bowl beat sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and bananas together.
Sift flour and cinnamon, mix into wet mix along with chai seeds. Finally gently fold in blue berries.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 40 mins in 2 greased loaf tin. Muffins will be cooked in 25 minutes.
To test insert skewer in the middle, if it comes out dry the bread is cooked. Allow to cool slightly before turning out.
