No matter what we do in life, preparation is the key to success.
Take a moment to think…we have just prepared and made it through Christmas;
Parents are preparing to return to work,
Preparing to go back to school,
We even prepare for the nightly meal or for breakfast the next day.
Life is an endless cycle of preparation and without it we would not succeed.
Imagine turning up to an interview without knowing anything about the job prospect, attending a driving test without first learning or giving birth to your long awaited child without having anything ready!
If there is one thing I hope I have taught my children is to be prepared in life. Organisation and Anticipation are the two links that bind Preparation together.
Prepare in the Cambridge dictionary means:
- to make or get something or someone ready for something that will happen in the future;
- to expectthat something will happen and to be ready for it.
Preparation Organisation Anticipation are all actions to propel you forward towards reaching your future goals.
